Дорогие ученики, тема сегодняшнего занятия – conditionals – нереальные условия. Например: хотел бы я сейчас оказаться в Париже! Но по каким-то причинам этого случиться не может, и это становится нереальным. Итак, разберемся, как подобные предложения будут строиться на английском языке. А также прочитаем текст про спорт на английском языке с приведением примеров нереальных условий.

Текст. Don’t warm the bench!
At P.E. classes we occasionally play basketball. Oh, occasionally… because our girls from time to time shirk P.E. classes that’s why they miss out these games. And sometimes… they warm the bench! All boys enjoy the game and begin to woo the girls. Some girls nod at them: why not! Others simply stay to watch the classmates and cheer up.
Vasya tries to hop up high and to sky the ball but at the moment an apple is rolling out of his pocket. And Vasya doesn’t get into the basket… Poor thing! Vasya simply muffs. The apple guys the guy! So the boys boo: boo-o-o, muff!… The girls on the bench woo: come on! They buoy the boy! In the end the girls pick up a prize. They win 21 scores against 10! The boys wish they won the prize! After the game the winners hug the girls on the bench and cry: next time don’t warm the bench! The winners wish the girls didn’t wat the bench!
At the end of the lesson Dima, our sunbeam, “snickers” by nickname, comes up to Paulina and jokes:
– Why couldn’t Cinderella be a good soccer-player?
– ???
– She lost her shoe, ran away from the ball, and her coach was a pumpkin!
We wish Dima spent P. E. classes more often!

Conditionals.
Когда мы что-то желаем, а это на данный момент не так… Пока это нереально… А что такое нереальность? Нереальность – это прошлое… Будущее тоже, конечно, туда тоже относится. Но вот на вопрос: что мы никогда не увидим? Мы можем ответить однозначно: вчера. Увидеть вчера нереально. Поэтому… нереальные условия в английском языке – это использование прошедшего простого времени.
I wish I went to Paris. – Хотел бы я поехать в Париж!
I wish I met the President! – Хотел бы я встретить Президента!
I wish I bought this phone! – Хотел бы я купить этот телефон!
I wish I swam in the Black sea! – Хотел бы я плавать в Чёрном море!
I wish we governed our school ourselves! – Хотел бы я, чтобы мы управляли школой сами!
I wish I didn’t go to school 5 times a week! – Хотел бы я не ходить в школу 5 раз в неделю!
I wish I didn’t learn the poem! – Хотел бы я не учить это стихотворение!
I wish you didn’t prompt me! – Хотел бы я, чтобы ты не подсказывал мне!
А также особенное внимание обратите на глагол to be.
I wish I were in the South! – Хотел бы я быть на Юге!
I wish I were President! – Хотел бы я быть Президентом!
I wish I were famous! – Хотел бы я быть знаменитым!
I wish the weather were warm! – Хотел бы я, чтобы было тепло!
I wish you were a true friend! – Хотел бы я, чтобы ты был верным другом!
Для того, чтобы подчеркнуть нереальность, используем were вместо was.
