Once upon a time there lived a girl with her adorable mom. And one day, on Halloween, she received a parcel from her Granny. In the parcel she found a pumpkin, a knife, a costume [ˈkɒstjʊm] of the witch, a mask [mɑːsk], matches, a candle and a pistol [pɪstl]. And among these things she found spaghetti, her favorite meal and mail!

The girl adored eating various dishes from spaghetti and asked her mom to cook the spaghetti which Granny sent. Mom agreed and boiled them in the water. Then she fried them on the cooker with oil, onions and spices. And then she came into the living-room to have a rest.

But when the happy and shining, sparkling girl began eating them, the spaghetti, at first, slightly wiggled, began crawling in different directions and suddenly attacked her, started biting her as leeches and stinging her as snakes: the spaghetti wanted to eat her up!

The pop-eyed girl cried aloud, she screamed and jelled. Her mom hurried up to come back into the kitchen and couldn’t believe her eyes: the spaghetti stuck to her daughter, were crawling all over the girl. Mom phoned the ambulance crying in horror.

The ambulance arrived in time. They put the girl on the carryings and brought her into the car. In the street it was very cold; the nippy wind was blowing strongly. The spaghetti got frosty and dropped out. At hospital the doctors sewed up all holes on her body, fixed up her legs and arms, stuck again her hair. And the pop-eyed girl stopped being pop-eyed.

At this time dad of the girl returned from work. He didn’t know about the story about the spaghetti.

When he didn’t find his relatives at home he didn’t droop, picked up and gathered the spaghetti from the floor and the walls, washed them properly, fried with oil, tomatoes and greens, put them into the parcel and sent to the hospital to his daughter. Her mother didn’t know about this.

While the girl was having a rest on the bed in hospital she went out to the doctor to talk about her daughter. At first, they giggled, then they gaggled and at last they writhed with laughter. They even rolled all over the floor and began hiccupping: the story was very droll …

At this time the girl opened the parcel from dad. And spaghetti got out from the parcel as worms, red from tomatoes as if they were in blood. Crawling, they were very appetizing and delicious; they attested the girl … Mom with doctors rushed into the room to help the girl. But the spaghetti got angrier. If someone could unstick them, they stuck to him. The girl, her Mom and the doctors tried to help each other! Stop! Let’s think of the ending of the story!
